Performance Marketing Manager

Department - Marketing

Location - DHA Phase VI, Lahore

Reporting - Head of Innovation & Strategy/CMO

This position will be responsible to:

Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan in line with business goals
Develop and maintain a marketing KPIs dashboard
Manage paid and organic campaigns across different channels including search, display, social, email and retargeting networks
Work closely with SEO to develop, execute and measure organic growth initiatives; extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance.
Ensure successful campaigns that meet the predefined KPI’s.
Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
Ideating new marketing strategies to drive growth in website traffic and customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure framework
To test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

The ideal candidate should be having:

Entrepreneurial mindset
Fast & willing to learn
Experience in performance marketing
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Having at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Grip on data MS EXCEL, analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook ADs manager
