Kualitatem Pvt Ltd is looking for a Accounts Executive.

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Role: Full Time, Permanent Position

Other Benefits: Medical & Health Insurance, Employee Fund, Paid Leaves etc.

Responsibilities

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies

Requirements

Education: BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional qualification ACCA is considered a plus
Experience: 3-5 years proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or a similar role
Experience using financial software
Must have working experience on Quick Books
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Skills:

Must have very good communication skills in English
Strong grip over financial and accounting procedures
