Research, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, standard operating procedures, promotional campaigns and practices companywide that elicit the recognition objectives of the company.
Work closely with CEO to improve and implementing the policies companywide and company’s brand building
Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of sales & marketing objectives
Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive strategies to increase brand recognition and drive lead/user acquisition across online, paid advertising channels.
Provide analysis to demonstrate goal achievement and areas of optimization.
Make effective budgeting strategy for each marketing campaign, activity and communicate it to CEO for approval.
Monitor and control the expenditures effectively.
Prepare report of expenditures and submit it to Manager Operations.
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities
Continually test and optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans in terms of industry and consumers.
Studying competitors' products and services
