Our Fitness studio is looking for a Gym Instructor

Main Responsibilities:

Report on duty on time.• Use gentlemen language with students • Report directly to Sports Supervisor and work in collaboration with him/her.• To prepare and implement well-structured and progressive gym sessions ensuring a high quality, enjoyable gym experience centered on the needs of the participants. • To coordinate regularly with the Sports Supervisor for scheduling, facility availability and problems faced

Perform the duties necessary for role of pregnancy fitness educator and trainer.
Conduct fitness consultations with clients, design exercise programs, review and instruct the client in regards to the exercise recommendations/program
Providing safe exercise recommendations to women who have documented permission of their obstetricians to attend exercise sessions.
Explain the exercise program that she has prepared for the client customized to her fatigability score.
Demonstrate and teach the exercises to the client and provide feedback on technique.
Be punctual and prepared for all appointments with clients or professional staff.
Be comfortable using and demonstrating all the equipment and routines.
Provide functional strength training designed for pregnancy that is safe and effective.
Provide comprehensive prenatal fitness assessment to determine readiness of the body.

Experience and Skills• Experience of developing university, school / club links.• Knowledge of relevant governing body programs, policies and practices.

Experienced candidates will be given more preference plus handsome salary package will be given

Fresh candidates will also be prefered and training will be provided.
