We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network and represent the company

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales data
  • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Adept at learning new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Punctuality and time management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Commission: 

The commission structure will be discussed and decided upon after the interview process, based on experience, performance, and overall contribution to the company's success.

Working Schedule:

The working schedule will be from Saturday to Thursday, with Fridays designated as the off day.
