Call Center Representative

We are looking to hire attentive, talented and self motivated individuals for our insurance verification and scheduling team. We have vacancies available in both in-bound and out-bound teams with required skill sets as described below.

Required Skills:

- Fluent spoken English with neutral accent.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English to understand and reply accordingly.

- Good command over MS Excel.

- Proficient internet browsing.

- Good English reading.

- Patience and attentiveness.

Job Timings: Night Shift (21:00-05:00)

Experience: Minimum of 3 months of experience in Call Center/BPO Industry or related fields is mandatory.

Training: Complete training for all aspects of the job will be provided.
