Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are an American Clientele based company looking for experienced and fresh customer support representatives for our inbound project. Eligible candidates should have proper fluent English with neutral accent, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail with good work ethics for our night team in a long-term permanent campaign.

NO SALES CALLS!

ONLY INBOUND/OUTBOUND INQUIRY CALLS!

Job responsibilities would include answering incoming calls, answering simple queries, book for appointment, transferring calls, Verifying patient/insurance information.
