Responsible to analyze customer samples of all sorts of leather gloves, mechanics wear gloves, gardening gloves and other sports gloves.
Responsible for creating master pattern for each size within a range of glove sizes, using charts, drafting instruments, card board, computer & other grading devices.
Calculate dimensions of patterns according to sizes considering stretching of material.
Drawing details on outlines parts to indicate where parts are to be joined.
Locate point of cuts and other details.
Stitch master samples based on develop pattern and do all post stitch operations and prepare finished samples for customer approval.
Do the alteration or modification in design based on customer feedbacks.
Prepare consumption details of raw material to do costing of material use in glove production.
Should independently lead the sampling unit and arrange all raw materials for customer sampling of gloves.
Train production team for analyzing & inspection of raw material, creating pattern, stitching glove and post stitch glove operation.
