Job Description as Business and Admin Coordinator 

  • Communications, Customer Services, Lead Generation, Business Development, Head Hunting, Admin and Business coordination
  • Act as a first point of contact:  deal with phone calls, emails, chats and correspondences
  • Content, letter, job post, media post, email writing, press release, Send and Reply to emails, calls and social networks etc in professional and timely manner. Manage and reply President’s emails and calls in a very professional matter and keep these secret.
  • Call, Guide, Support all potential clients, users, buyers, sellers, professionals, students as well as brand ambassadors - Registration process, make them understand the features, motivate and lead them to Join our developed Hybrid Mobile Apps and Web portals and continue our services
  • Check functionalities, features, contents of the apps and portals, administer, monitor them and maintain admin panels and dashboards, take necessary steps and actions, liaison with the tech support - backend offices for any technical issue to solve, verify users, sellers, clients, professionals and their professionals’ documents from the relevant authorities, send check list and queries for pending documents, approve the potential, user, buyer, seller, student ambassador, brand ambassador, professionals and patients, respond them on daily basis in timely manners.
  • Prepare innovative Business development plan and marketing strategy and Implement those and do all the needful to Promote the apps and portals worldwide
  • Head hunting as and when required under the direction and supervision of the president, train them and create a dynamic and professional team. Coordinate with staff, clients, users, suppliers, back offices services staffs and the administration and lead them in professional and timely manner.
  • Provide full time dedicated services with full sincerity and complete all assignments and daily works, assigned by the President and Sr. Management in timely and professional manner
  • Must be reachable 24/7 by cell, whatsApp, skype, messenger
  • Provide all sorts of services to the Company/President as and when required in timely and professional manners.
  • Provide daily report, timesheet and progress report to the President

  Job Description as Personal Secretary

  • Organize appointments and meetings often control access to Senior Management and the President.
  • Book, arrange travel, accommodation, and transport.
  • Organize conferences and events if any.
  • Remind the President & Sr. Management regarding important deadlines or tasks.
  • Compile and prepare reports, correspondence and presentations.
  • Manage filing systems and databases. Do all the Personal Secretarial Jobs for the President.
  • Make appointments and plan the President's diary.
  • You will perform to the best of your ability all the duties as are inherent in your post and such additional duties as the company may call upon you to perform, from time to time.
  • Help to setup backend office and run it in professional manner.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information

Skills 

  • Smart, intelligent, innovative, self motivated, hard working, soft spoken, strong problem solver, sincere, dedicated to work, team leader, willing to travel, fluent in English & Urdu both written and speaking, fluent in IT and Computer
  • Able to finalize any deal on behalf of the President & CEO
  • Work station will be Pakistan but might need to spend most of the time in overseas specially in UK, USA, Asia, Middle East and work with President directly                                                

Educational Requirements: You must have Graduation/Post Graduation or other degrees.

Experience:  Minimum 2 years experiences in related field are expected but not mandatory. Fresher can also apply.
