Position: MBBS Doctor & Consultant Doctor – for Tele-Consultation

MBBS / MD/ MS/ Foreign Higher Degree plus

Proven experienced as Infertility Specialist, Sexologists, Cancer Specialist, HIV Specialist, General Medicine, Gynecologist, Dermatologist, Cosmetologist, Pediatrician, Orthologists, Cardiologist, Hair Transplant Specialist, Herbal Specialist, Infectious Disease Specialist, Cardiac Surgeon, ENT Specialist, Physiologist, Plastic Surgeon, Gastroenterologist, Gastroenterologist Surgeon, Epidemiologist, Obstetrician, Internal Medicine Specialist, Neurologist, Neurosurgeon, Oncologist, Orthopedic Surgeon, Ophthalmology, Radiologist, Podiatrist, Psychiatrist, Rheumatologist, General Surgeon, Urologist, Audiologist, Allergist, Dentist, Immunologist, Endocrinologist, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Microbiologist, Neonatologist, Medical Geneticist or any specializations- recognized by Medical Council

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Monday - Sunday) at your convenient time

Job Description

Tele-consultations/ Online Video Consultations to Patients Worldwide
Confirm online appointments, booked by patients through Doc Aid App or Web dashboard
Gather record as well as maintain secrecy of the sensitive information of the patients like medical
history, examination results, prescriptions and reports
Provide online consultation as per the booked appointment
Prescribe medicines online as per consultation
Validate substitute brands for prescribed medicines
Help patients understand their disease and answer questions for the patients online
Explain prescribed treatments to patients online
Prescribe lab test if required. Interpret the test results of patient
Respond to the medical problems of patients by assessing the medical history and conduct
Treatment and counsel them in timely and professional manner
Make you available for Live Video Consultation as per declared working hours and appointments

Skills

Provide Virtual Consultations (Video mode)
Oratory and written communication in English
Speak in Urdu, Hindi and Arabic is a plus point but not mandatory
Proficient in computer use
Good Knowledge of Pharma Molecules and Brands
Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
Great healing skills and management skills
Doctors are expected to have attentive, listening skills and be compassionate
Doctors are expected to have a genuine concern regarding their patients and must possess passions to heal people and provide proper healthcare consultancies and services.

Internet (Min 10MBPS speed
Headset with Microphone
Smart Phone/ I Phone/ I Pad

Qualifications

MBBS plus minimum of 5 years of years
MD/MS/ Foreign Degrees in any specialization
Should be registered to practice with Medical Council
