This is the only hybrid mobile app, which is promoting Home, Land and Property worldwide and bringing everything on fingertips i.e. Buy, Sell, Rent, Exchange, Share, Wanted - you name it and we have it.

It has been exclusively designed for the Builders, Owners, the Agents of Home, Land & Property to promote, market and sell and other one is for the users and the buyer to find, rent or buy the world's best Home, Land & Property.

We are massively promoting Homeland in Pakistan for which we need Real Estate Agents from different cities.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Need to promote our app using various customer sales methods like door-to-door, cold calling, etc.

· Prepare business strategies and generating leads of potential Customers (Real Estate developers, House owners and Land owners).

· Tie up with different Real estate companies to promote our business.

· Display and market real property to possible buyers.

· Maintain and update listings of available properties and bring advertisement.

· Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.

· Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

· Collect free ads and paid ads from the direct Owner via this platform only

YOUR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

· Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.

· Proven track of successful sales record.

· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

· Pleasant and trustworthy.

· MS Office familiarity.

· Should be well versed in English, Hindi and any other Regional language according to location.

· Should be Tech Savvy.
