We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate platform to develop and implement effective digital ad campaigns that reach and engage potential home buyers or sellers. The successful candidate will have experience in creating and managing both Facebook and Google ad campaigns, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Facebook and Google ad campaigns that target potential home buyers or sellers.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create ad content that speaks directly to their needs and interests.
  • Create compelling ad content, including high-quality photos or videos of homes for sale, virtual tours, or information about the local real estate market.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize ROI and drive lead generation. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to Facebook and Google's ad platforms to ensure campaigns remain effective.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop integrated marketing strategies that support business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing value-added services such as market research and advice on home staging or renovation.
  • Prepare regular reports on ad performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Keep accurate records of ad spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and incorporate new strategies and technologies into campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Facebook and Google advertising, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling ad copy and present ideas to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and an understanding of customer buying behavior.
  • Familiarity with Facebook's and Google's advertising platforms, including knowledge of targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
