Role and Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Manager for Lanop, A8om and Pakistan’s First Online Consultants (PFOC), you will be responsible for administering our social media accounts, creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals for this advisory business and digital consultancy firm which is involved in multiple business lines and services.

As a Social Media Manager, you should be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. You’ll also oversee paid campaigns and ensure their success.  Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. SEO manager will work with the marketing team and supporting teams (such as Web Developers & Creative Team).

You should be a versatile individual as Lanop, PFOC and A8om are involved in accounting and business advisory including Marketing, PR, Branding Consulting, and real estate business in addition to an online consultancy platform so we are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director and Digital Marketing Manager.

You will be primarily involved in these activities in your role:

  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
  • Develop and execute successful Social Media strategies
  • Review issues and suggest fixes
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing team, creative team and web developers to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers and audience, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Optimize social handle content, pages, and paid search copy
  • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SM aspects
  • Keep abreast of SM and integrated marketing trends
  • Measure and report performance of all Social Media campaigns, and assess against goals (page boosting, promotions etc.)
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Track and report results of the social media channels
  • Work on traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Dealing with clients who require Social Media Management for their businesses
  • Training and developing the Social Media team

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors
  • Proven working experience in a similar role of at least 1 year

  • Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
