Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- do scheduling/appointments
- create and send invoices
- respond to and follow up on phone calls, emails and social media
- track client leads and job applicants
- post on different social media and market places daily
- build email marketing campaigns
- Prefer, have some knowledge with WordPress
What you will need is:
- Fast and reliable internet
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and google apps
- Availability between 8 am and 5 pm EST (Monday to Saturday). Pakistani time is 5 pm to 2 am
- Be coachable and willing to learn
- Excellent command of the English language
- Quiet space at home to work undisturbed
