We are the Layers Logic IT providing IT services to our clients around the globe.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for:

to maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware and security tools.
Having experience in Datacenter maintenance, Network management, Desktop support in a hybrid environment.
Having strong knowledge of systems and networking, software, hardware, and networking protocols.
Having experience in Network devices like Routers, Switches, Firewall configuration, installation and troubleshooting.
Having ability to troubleshoot with flexibility and success across varying technology platforms such as PC, MAC, iOS, Android, BYOD, printers, scanners, meeting room equipment etc.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Perform software and hardware configuration across diverse platforms.
Should be well versed with using and managing different online portals and can give training to team members for these portals.
Can communicate and manage effectively our international clients and globally dispersed teams.
Can build relationships with external teams and resources.
Establish trust and maintain a high level of confidentiality for all activities/tasks.
Must be knowledgeable in using blogs and other social networking sites.
