Job Descriptions:

Shall be responsible for Employee Health Insurance policy, reviews, renewals, claims, requirements, clearing objections. Ensuring the OPD/IPD claims are dispatched to the insurance company on weekly basis. Tracking and updating status of OPD/IPD claims with the concerned insurance personnel.
Shall be responsible for preparing Employment Agreement of hired resources.
Preparing experience certificates on requests and issuance of other associated documents.
Ensure the completion of employment files (electronic and hard copy) include relevant documents such as employment agreements, Offer Letters, job descriptions, CVs, bio data’s. Update employment files on a regular basis and develop a check list and tracking tool for these purposes. Also ensuring the letters (Employment Contracts / Offer Letters) both signed by the employee’s.
Referring issues to Senior HR staff
Maintain record of all employees personal record in MIS
Excellent command over MS Office, especially MS Excel

Other Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers;
Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to both internal and external customers;
