Job Description

Lead Market Technology Solutions is a UK based company with offices across the world. We need an Accounts Executives for our Lahore office to maintain company’s accounts for UK based customers.

Candidate with Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) will be given preference.

Job Timings: Summer 01:00PM to 10:00 PMWinter 02:00PM to 11:00PM

Accounts Receivable:Making daily collection callsInteract with customers via email & call to resolve outstanding issuesConduct clients account research and analysisPost data entry on daily basisSend statement to outstanding customersReconcile A/R to the G/LMaintain an accurate aging reportCommission calculation

Accounts Payable:Respond to all vendor inquiries over call & emailsPost transactions to journals, ledgers and other recordsReconcile accounts payable transactionsReconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepanciesProcess check requestsAssist in month end closingAssist with other projects as needed.
