Lead Market Technology Solutions Limited is running a BPO which handles UK based projects specifically in Personal Injury Claims.LMTS is seeking result-oriented candidates, who can manage independently own workload to ensure contribution to the company and within team, for the positions of Customer Care Representative.Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills.Individuals must be fluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accentBefore you apply for this job read it carefully:Product Knowledge and training will be providedCapacities to maintain email correspondenceA professional attitude when dealing with customersPrimary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatoryUnderstand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionallyApply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.Good teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervisedCommunication Skills:·Written:By able to write succinctly and precisely with good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures.Verbal:Fluent speaker with Neutral/British ascent preferred , appropriate use of tensesListening:Active listening skills to understand customer needs quickly and be able to summarize to validate the same.Must have Good Command on English Language and Basic Compute SkillsMust be Able to work 5 day a week.Call Center Experience is Plus.Other Job Detail:Timing: Summer 01:00 PM to 09:30 PM.Winters: 02.00 PM to 10.30 PMFluent in English speaking with a neutral or British accent Females - Apply ONLY if you can work in Afternoon ShiftNo Transportation Services.Apply Only if convenient Or Would not have any transport Issues. (Barket Market, Lahore)Remuneration will be offered depending on your English communication skills and experience
