QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Information Technology (16 years of education).
• In case of business graduate - certification in usage of MS Office suit is a must.
EXPERTISE:
• Proven Five years post qualification experience as technical coordinator or similar role. Experience in customer service will be a plus.
• Experience of maintaining files and records in an effective manner.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Suit (specially Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access) - experience of creating and maintaining databases is a must.
• Analytical thinking, patience and professionalism.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printer, scanner, photocopier etc).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To assist in day-to-day activities related to project matters, complaint handling, planning matters and other sensitive matters as per assigned timelines.
• To maintain database of section's records, prepare and assist in preparation of letters, reports, responses to complaints, presentations etc.
• To collect project updates from relevant sections and assist in preparation of website updates.
• To keep track of sections tasks along with their aging and identify remedial actions with supervisor.
• To assist in providing relevant record to Audit Teams as and when required and to assist in preparation of Audit Paras.
• To perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
