· At least 2 years of experience in designing e-learning courses for corporates
· Excellent graphic designing skills for e-learning for corporates
· Experience of working in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
· Expert-level skills on graphic designing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
· Outstanding Microsoft PowerPoint designing skills
· Familiarity with video editing tools
· Ability of use LMS tools like Moodle
· Superb written communication skills.
· Understanding and articulation skills
· Background of corporate training will be considered as a significant plus
Responsibilities:
· Manage team of e-learning designers
· Collaborate with subject matter experts, content designers, etc., and develop e-learning theme for courses
· Create e-learning templates with graphic assets
· Design e-learning courses using any e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
· Integrate various elements of e-learning, including graphics, close-captions, voice, etc.
· Upload, test and maintain content to an LMS
· Contribute to continuous improvement of instructional design and training processes
· Coach and mentor less experienced staff
