LEBRTE SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd is headhunting a battle-hardened Associate Architect. Our ideal candidate will excel at developing programs / strategies that have delivered results

Once you are here, you will

Design solutions independently.
Understand different moving parts, how they are related and integrated
Architect modules/components/system
Turn issues/problems into improvements and opportunities
Continuously monitor and improve processes effectiveness
Effectively solves problems rather than symptoms
Devise metrics, measure and improve team and product(s)
Lead a team (technical growth, issue management, team integration, motivation and skillset)
Define code quality and related processes.

You will also be responsible for the following:

Team Relation and Delegation

Lend support and guidance to subordinates
Use sound coaching techniques to solve disciplinary problems
Empowers employees with the authority and resources to achieve results

Creativity/Innovations and Improvements Initiatives

Seek new ideas and approaches
Develop continuous improvement methods
Take initiatives for SOPs, structuring, standards, discipline, productive, quality

Synergize and Vision

Promote the company culture among peers
Promote strong support of company's mission and vision

Planning and Organization

Develop workable action plans
Effectively puts plans into actions
Provide help to Product Owner/Management in Quarter/Sprint Target Setting

Productivity and Timeliness

Set realistic timetables to keep Sprint/Qtr tasks on target
Make effective use of all available resources when given a job

Documentation

Plan and implement SOP's for documentation
Make documentation core part of each sprint for both future and legacy updates

Qualification & Experience

BS. Engineering or above or equivalent experience
8-10 years of working experience, min 2 years working on similar capacity
Advanced knowledge and experience in PHP backend development and OOP
Passion for “clean code” and quality standards, like SOLID principles and design patterns
Very good knowledge of frameworks like Laravel and Codeigniter
Very good knowledge in working with MVC frameworks, like Symfony
Experience with banking or payment solutions will be big plus
