Following are the Job Description:1. Record and respond to leads for Visa Services
2. Maintain Inquiry Database including remarks.
3. Follow up on inquiries as per remarks and the due date.
4. Correspond with Visitors and maintain the Visitors Database.
5. May counsel visitors following training and SOPs.
6. Report to Senior Manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
