We are looking for fresh and experienced Call Center Agents for our outbound call center. Candidate should have fluent spoken English. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generating new business for company by achieving assigned sale targets
- Replying to customers for queries/complaints received and pitching to lock sales on live chat on daily basis.
- Coordinate with different departments for all queries and feedbacks.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Excellent customer care attitude
- Team player and well organized.
- Bold & confident with exceptional customer service and networking skills.
- Able to convince, drive and challenge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in Night Shift.

- Familiar with Computer Usage.
- High aptitude to learn.
