You will be responsible for posting text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
- Responsibilities Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences for weekly artwork to schedule social media posts of all projects.
- Coordinate with the design team to generate, edit, publish and share engaging content.
- Assist customers on social media to guide them to the correct information.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency on social platforms.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
