Level3 Back Office Services is providing PBO services to the Telecom Clients to 500+ retails stores all over USA.
We are looking to hire multiple candidates for HR Officer role to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries raised from employees based in our US Corporate Office. Incumbent will also support in Recruitment and other HR US operations.
Included but not limited to;
- Assist with day to day HR Payroll functions and other operations.
- Compile, update and maintain employee records (in ADP).
- Deal with employee requests regarding payroll, commissions and bonuses related queries.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Office/ Executive / Specialist or relevant human resources position.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel and hands on experience with HRIS or HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases and basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written English communications skills.
- Should have hands on experience with an HRIS / HRMS with strong ability in using MS Office (Advance Excel).
