Interface with Procurement, Logistics, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure proper follow up is being taken for rapid issue resolution

Required Skills:

1-2 years experience in a Reimbursements/Collections related/customer facing role (Amazon Account Management experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High level of attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency.
Good communication skills and excellent professional ethics.

Qualification:

Graduation or above in business, finance or supply chain
