We are a US based e-commerce company and we require you to expand our list of customers by reaching out to potential business customers that we provide you with.

Job Tasks:

  • Cold calling & pitching potential customers to promote the company’s products & services.
  • Generate leads for potential opportunities and executing the sales process.
  • Calling/Emails to existing customers and finding prospective clients.
  • Building a healthy sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
  • Working to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the company.
  • Collecting & feeding all the required data for sales onto the company CRM.
  • Updating the CRM with information on customers.
  • Following up with past customers and cross-selling products.
  • Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
  • Following up on leads generated by other departments.
  • Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
