Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain team performance and manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Manage all online activity is related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior.
• Identify new and latest strategies for launch and ranking and ensuring all the launch tasks execution.
• Manage all the Advertising Campaigns and Budget Management and also Calculate costs & profits.
• Understand the Amazon market Trend and Validate your product ideas and Work on Keywords for marketing.
• Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy.
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales performance.
• The individual will help in driving more sales of newly launch and already launched products on Amazon and Maintain Reports on performance.
• Rapidly identify new opportunities to grow and scale quickly while delivering high-quality products.
• Design and implement new processes to help scale up the business.
• Coordinate product development across international, cross-functional teams
Requirement:
• Must have launched at-least one product on amazon since January 2019.
• Hands-on experience on different tools through which it can easy to find the product (Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Viral Launch).
• Must have analytical report writing Skills.
• Must have task-oriented.
• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Computer Sciences.
• Must have two-three years of experience.
