Job Description

Proven experience of managing and leading team and able to measure their performance against well-defined KPIs
Strategic planning and decision making on procurement and logistic matters
Intra and inter departmental collaboration to maintain smooth company operations
Identify gaps and improve existing processes
Supplier relationship management
Able to manage and communicate effectively at all levels: upward, downward, peer level, internal and external communication
Take ownership for departmental goals and set quantified objectives to achieve them
Maintain check and balance over Whole process of amazon related procurement labeling to credit memos. (Labeling, shipping cost, parcel hero collection, UPS, FedEx)
Update and take ownership of all procurement worksheets and dashboards
