Admin Officer - College of Nursing

Reporting to Principal College of Nursing, the Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support for day to day work activities includes maintenance of office equipment, inventory/ supplies and ordering replacement of supplies, assisting in organizing functions and social events of the College of Nursing. He/she will be responsible for assisting in preparing reports assigned, managing invoices and expenses records, assisting in planning and preparing the annual budget, assisting in preparing yearly college prospectus, and assisting Principal for correspondence with regulatory bodies and related follow-ups. The incumbent will also be required to maintain confidential records pertaining to students ongoing academic performance in coordination with concerned faculty members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters in Business Administration or equivalent having 2 years’ related work experience.
