Reporting to Director HR, incumbent will be responsible for managing the Staffing activities in Human Resource. This will include managing recruitment/hiring of staff and trainees in coordination with HODs, End of Probation/ End of Contract appraisals, preparing job descriptions for staff/ trainees, annual salary increase, promotions, special assignments, and related reports & statistics. Applicant should have updated work knowledge of HR work functions and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS which would be an advantage
