Responsible for generating/handling Purchase Requisition in coordination with respective department/division

After the issuance of LPO, responsible to coordinate with Vendor(s) for timely delivery of all incoming materials/items at respective location and reconcile with PO.
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received order.
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, issued and returns.
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum & maximum levels
Keep up-to-date records of goods received receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stores
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
Possess sound knowledge of store keeping operation as per organizational norms
Should be able to monitor and maintain safe and quality working practices

Requirements and Qualifications

Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
Skills to operate common office equipment.
5+ years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
