Job description

Maintaining records of financial transactions
Posting transactions on to Sage 50 Accounts software
Ensure legal requirements compliance
Producing regular financial statements and other reports for management
Preparing cashflow forecasts and assisting in budgeting
Preparation & submission of quarterly VAT returns in the UK and Germany
Running payroll for employees and directors using Sage Instant Payroll software
Maintaining pension schemes
Preparation & submission of PAYE returns
Paying supplier invoices and tracking bank accounts balances
Assisting in preparation of external financial statements
Posting adjusting journals to ensure correct balances in general ledger

Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant with experience in Sage (Preferred)/XERO/QuickBooks. Required Qualifications, experience and skills

Minimum of 1-2 Year experience with UK Clients in a similar role
Must be ACCA Qualified
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Strong time management skills
Interact professionally with all staff members
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational, written and verbal skills
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Compliance oriented

Remuneration

We provide market competitive salary. It is possible to increase salary when 3 months probationary period is completed on performance basis.
