We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media & Google Ads Specialist) to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Manage the strategy
Stay up to date with the AI based tools and best practices
Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
Oversee and able to manage multiple social media accounts
Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
Build an inbound marketing plan
Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end including design, coding, testing, deployment, and reporting
Utilize Platform Ad Managers, third-party reporting tools, and Google Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues month-over-month and solve for attribution.
Manage Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing plans

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
