Liftrank Media LTD is a British site optimisation platform agency with our development office in Lahore.
We are looking for a creative and talented Web/Digital designer to take charge of visual outcomes.
You MUST have a high-level understanding of UX/UI for the purpose of CRO (conversion rate optimisation).
Skills and Competencies
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Web Design
- Educated to a University Degree level in Design, User Experience Design or Interaction Design
- Strong portfolio of Digital Design work (Web and/or mobile projects)
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- A keen eye for modern and emerging design
- Experience working with UX/UI principles and tools
- A degree-level professional qualification relevant to graphic design
- Skilled in designing new material that fits its target audience
- Working with the web development team in designing logo, theme & websites
- Designing new and updating current client literature following corporate branding guidelines
- Designing online Ads Banners
- Designing for social media
- Designing and producing in-house marketing collateral
- Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
- Ability to manage own workload including logging hours and activity on web-based CRM
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Thinking creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics to take design briefs towards completion.
- Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work to demanding deadlines
