Liftrank Media LTD is a British based digital agency with our development office in Lahore.

We are looking for a creative and talented Web/Digital designer to take charge of visual outcomes.

You MUST have a high-level understanding of UX/UI for the purpose of CRO (conversion rate optimisation) and Video Editing will be counted plus point.Skills and Competencies

2+ years’ experience in Digital Web Design
Educated to a University Degree level in Design, User Experience Design or Interaction Design
Strong portfolio of Digital Design work (Web and/or mobile projects)
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
A keen eye for modern and emerging design
Experience working with UX/UI principles and tools
Skilled in designing new material that fits its target audience
Working with the web development team in designing logo, banners, theme-based websites
Designing new and updating current client literature following corporate branding guidelines
Designing online Ads Banners
Design artwork for social media
Designing and producing in-house marketing collateral
Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
Ability to manage own workload including logging hours and activity on web-based CRM
A positive and proactive attitude
Thinking creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics to take design briefs towards completion.
Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work to demanding deadlines
Video making and editing.
