The Candidate :

We are looking for a virtual Assistant. Duties include: initial outreach, follow up, tracking, collecting feedback, and setting up calls and meetings. strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is a must. Strong English speaking and writing skills are a must.

Responsibilities :

Help Managing Partner run multiple campaigns globally from initial outreach, follow up, tracking, collect feedback, set up calls and meetings
Lead Generation, Data Input and Maintenance and strong Live call, Live Chat and CRM skills or the ability to be a quick learner
Follow Up/Coordination; strong writing and phone skills
Report Generation and analysis of funnel and how we can improve our process
Help manage multiple campaigns Perform other duties as needed
You’ll have the resources you need to learn, lead, and deliver results.
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as first point of contact

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in a similar or related field
Quick learner, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a proven process of how to manage multiple tasks at once
Knowledge of Live Chat and Experience utilizing a CRM and LinkedIn.
Experience conducting lead generation, gathering data to suggest campaigns, and pivoting in strategy
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to work independently based on guidelines and parameters
Strong English speaking and writing skills are a must
A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field
