Like Group was formed in 2019 and start its Logistics business in Frankfurt, Germany. We are providing complete logistics support to Amazon in Germany. Recently, we also opened office in China and Dubai to establish an e-commerce business. We are going to open our office in Lahore, Pakistan and currently, we are looking for Digital Account Manager to join our growing business and lead this department.

This is senior level position, and the ideal candidate should be familiar with all aspects of online marketing and be able to show a track record of successful outcomes with account management, performance, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the creation of client briefs and, where required,
Present and sell our work as well as cross/upsell clients onto larger scopes of work. You should be prepared to introduce the right internal stakeholder when needed.
Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicate, and seek approval of any changes to these.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.
Presenting effective social media strategies and training to clients when needed.
Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
Develop and implement all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g. Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Email Marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns.
Build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure the overall ROI and KPIs of all digital marketing campaigns.
Identify current marketing trends and insights.
Optimize the costs and campaign performance based on these insights.
Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, and Google+.

Qualification and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in marketing/IT plus 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager/Director, Project Manager, or Partner Manager, preferably in an agency, marketing/software company/ e-commerce company, consumer products, apps, or services for well-known consumer brands.
Certification of Advanced Digital Media Marketing will be preferred.
Experience managing accounts with monthly recurring revenue.
Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people, personalities, and backgrounds.
Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.
Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.
