Job Description for CSR:
Limelight is a well known ladies apparel brand which includes both stitched and unstitched range. We are looking for experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you love helping people and are customer-centric, we want to meet you. As a Customer Service Representative you have to be able to put yourself in the customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, positive and cheerful.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels including but not limited to:
Standardize response management by creating frequently used templates and updating them when required
Escalate complains and aggravated customers to shift in-charge or relevant department
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Respond to customers on Facebook (comments and messages).
Requirements:
1-2 years proven experience as customer service representative.
Excellent written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree from reputed university.
