Recruitment
Develop and implement HR requisition form for all departments
Ensure all requisitions are submitted with job description and candidate profiles
Incase JD and CP are unavailable, develop the same with consultation of HOD, TL - HR and management
Responsible to perform the recruitment process with necessary input of concerned HODs / management
Ensure designing and placement of ad in related newspaper, website, mailgroups, and other recruitment areas
Short list CVs as per criteria defined by concerned supervisor
Schedule tests / interviews for the short listed candidates
Participate in interviews where necessary
Evolve panels for interviewing of various posts
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
Convey successful candidates about document requirement at joining
Inform unsuccessful applicants
Perform email interviews and discussions for BO candidates
Develop a pool of potential applicants for posts that require regular hiring due to various reasons
Ensure the recruitment for regularly advertised posts remains inline with succession plans of company
Manage files for each job opening to ensure all CVs are reviewed, summaries of hiring made and record kept for future requirements, if any
Keep analyzing the CVs receiving and shortlisting criteria and suggest improvements
Hiring
Inform all existing staff about newly hired staff
Manage necessary activities at time of new employee joining
Issue joining letter to new candidate, if required
Get time period bond signed by candidate, if agreed
Orientation
Introduce candidate to all concerned staff members on specified time
Setup orientation session for new staff along with Manager HR and/or MAA on first day
Brief new inductions about Limton as a corporate
Brief new inductions about HR policies
Brief new inductions about Code of Conduct
Staff Progress
Manage a list of all staff with their induction dates
Update HODs / concerned supervisors about probation feedback as per joining terms
Issue confirmation letter / or any other required letter on completion of probation period company.
Generate a cordial environment by add ressing congratulatory notes to such staff
Personnel File Management
Open candidate’s personnel file and get necessary signatures by HOD and management
Insert all candidate documents, photographs, NIC copies, bond in the file at time of candidate joining
Insert the documents related to the person time to time in its file like warnings, loan approval, confirmation, experience letters and others
Keep all files completed with reference to required documents
Responsible for keeping the files confidential
Outside Contacts
Develop outside recruiting sources, i.e., community agencies, professional organizations, university contacts, etc.
Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the industry
Contact universities and educational institutes for provision of graduate lists, and possibly arrange sessions with Limton team
Contact with advertising agency
Contact with the representatives of the job portals and arrange a meeting if required
Leaves & Attendance Management
Keep track of the attendance through TIS software
Implement ontime submission of manual entries, CPLs, late sittings, leaves, etc policies
Compile and send daily attendance to all staff
Check all reports to ensure entries are regular
Notify any irregular attendance pattern to concerned staff and HOD
Finalize the monthly salary deduction at the month end and forward data to AAD
Ensure payroll data is submitted to AAD within first two working days of the month
