Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our ongoing SEO and Digital Marketing campaigns. Includes both on-page and off-page optimization and keyword research. Candidate will lead our web marketing and analytics activities with content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy for lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Develop a strategy for the improvement of organic search ranking and organic search traffic.
Prioritize keywords to attract target audience and lead generation.
Monitor and analyzekey SEO statistics such as various types of traffic, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, conversion etc.
Build systems and best practices to optimize various types of content for SEO.
Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and changes in order to iterate strategy accordingly.
Create reports on weekly or monthly basis for on-going campaign, progress, activities and upcoming strategy.

Requirements

BSc/BA in Marketing or related field
3+ years experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
Familiarity with relevant tools and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush, WebTrends etc.)
