We are a leading interior design firm specializing in residential and commercial interiors.

We are seeking a talented interior designer with a proven track record to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of projects through all phases of design from programming, concept development, design development, contract documentation, to contract administration.
Determine the client’s goals and requirements for the project
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, ceiling.
Preparing drawings, documentation, and specifications. Special emphasis on both conceptual and detailed construction drawings.
Attend consultant and site meetings, and preparing meeting minutes and site review documents.
Visit the project site to ensure that the client's requirements have been met.

Qualifications:

Interior Design Degree with a minimum full-time work experience of 3 years as an interior designer.
Experience in residential and commercial projects is considered an asset. Those with more experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of Building Codes and regulations.
Completely proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, and Photoshop, and very familiar with Adobe Indesign or Illustrator.
A positive, culture-driven attitude, and brand integrity.
An interest or demonstrated knowledge in LEED or sustainability guidelines.
Written and verbal proficiency in English is an asset.
