The Livelihoods Officer will:

  • Identify suitable individuals for the Livelihood Training Program
  • Conduct market assessment to identify suitable trades and skills for the livelihood trainings
  • Explore the technical service providers for skill development training and develop linkages with them for conducting technical training for the targeted beneficiaries.
  • Monitor the trainings being provided by the training institutions to ensure that quality trainings are provided to the selected beneficiaries
  • Provided where necessary guidance to the newly trained beneficiaries in establishing small scaled enterprises
  • Ensure timely implementation of the livelihood trainings
