  • Design proper logistics setup in the mission in terms of required resources (human, assets/materials) in line with both mission and individual project needs.
  • Implement and manage logistic activities in the capital and provide supervision and guidance in the bases respectively: Assets, facilities and equipment maintenance, procurement, fleet management, warehousing, communication, water and sanitation, energy supply, IT, construction, rehabilitation
  • Build capacities of the Logistics team in the mission, especially the base logisticians by designing and conducting trainings, sensitizing procedures/policies followed up by regular monitoring and visits.
  • Sensitize and hold awareness sessions for program and other department staffs on logistics policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records in the Logistics department.
  • Visit to bases, project sites, etc. on regular and need basis to ensure compliance to logistic processes/protocols, support to field logisticians etc.
  • Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
  • Prepare and submit a monthly report to the General coordinator and HQ Log Advisor on Supply chain, and other logistics aspects;
