Certifications: CCNA R&S preferred.
Ability to work in teams and independently with candid professional attitude and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in shifts environment (24x7).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focused and result-oriented personality.
Strong concepts of IP routing & network designing.
Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues with layer two.
Install new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network system
Work with and mentor team members through professional behavior and knowledge sharing

Communicating with customers on helpline.
