WORKING HOURS – 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
WORKING HOURS – 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
2 POSITIONS
- Arranging appointments for customers in an organized manner.
- Dealing with queries from customers, changing appointments, handling queries, etc.
- Logging jobs internal system/s.
- Liaising with staff, keeping them up-to-date with progress information.
- Send and Receive emails as required
Essential Requirements:
- You will be expected to be a self-starter
- Ideally, you will have a passion for working within a fast-paced Call Centre environment
- Ideally, you will have a strong customer service background and
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Previous experience of a similar job dealing with any international market would be a plus
- Tolerant with customers and good in telephonic manners
- Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words per minute
- Advance knowledge of using computers and internet research is mandatory.
- Spelling, accuracy, and attention to detail, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
-Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
-Create and modify documents in Word, send and receive an email in Outlook and create spreadsheets in Excel
