The incumbent would be required to monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations, Supervise Construction Workers and subcontractors and educate Construction Workers on site safety practices.

Your job responsibilities will include:

completing construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.
Manage and supervise daily project activities with the technical team.
Ensure optimal utilization of project resource
Ensure KPI and working standards and quality
Management and tracking of material and inventory
Engage in ensuring HSE practices and policies.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

The ideal candidate must possess:

Civil structure and drawing Understanding
AutoCad and Basic MS Office Knowledge
Ability to perform under pressure and tough deadlines.
Sound knowledge of Material
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Site work execution proficiency
HSE understanding
