Job Description

  • UK Based firm is looking for Customer Support Representatives for its office Located in Lahore.
  • Excellent English speaking and listening skills and those who can work with team members.
  • IELTS certification will be a plus point. Reply to emails and calls professionally to provide information about products and services, process orders, handle complaints, problem solving etc.
  •  Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Process orders, forms and applications. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

Requirements:

  • Must have good written and spoken knowledge of English language
  • Must have at least 4 year of customer services experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
