Ensure proper up keep of all classrooms & auditoriums in terms of cleanliness, equipment, timely opening/closing and their staff management.
Ensure proper up keep of all pantries including the personal hygiene of office attendants, their timely medical checkups twice a year, inspection of equipment’s and cleanliness of their utensils.
Management of LUMS Masjid.
Managing the University Travel Office (out sourced) its management and documentation.
Coordinating with Government/Civil departments.
Judicious allotment of venues for the events by ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
Timely issuance of vehicle entry stickers while maintaining its proper data.
Managing LUMS exchange and maintain all calls data through the exchange staff.
Any further task as assigned by the University or HoD.
