Position Purpose:

Being the contact person for Finance, HR & Marketing offices; get the requirements fulfilled or to connect the internal/external customers to the relevant person.

Main Responsibilities:

Communication: Receiving all inward communications on centralized helpdesk via e-mail, portal, phone, internal memo and postal mail, responding to the communication, coordinating and/or directing to the relevant persons in Finance, HR & Marketing. Greeting and assisting walk-in customers.
Management: Understanding the needs and queries of customers and resolving them. Acting as the first point of contact for all queries. Following up with responsible persons within Finance, HR & Marketing regarding timely delivery of solution. Updating status to internal/external clients. Following office workflow to ensure maximum efficiency.
Administrative: Controlling usage of common spaces and meeting rooms. Scheduling bookings and appointments. Controlling access to the departments. Supporting teams with administrative tasks.
Business hours often extend into the evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of current workloads and event schedules.
